Pompano Beach lyricist Kodak Black is now banned from the state of South Carolina due to a criminal sexual conduct charge he was struck with.
South Carolina’s WBTV reports that Twelfth Circuit Solicitor Ed Clements says the rapper will only be able to enter the state for court appearances after being booked for first-degree criminal sexual conduct last month.
News of the ban comes shortly after Kodak was extradited to South Carolina to face the charge after serving a sentence in jail in South Florida for misdemeanor drug charges.
Shortly after Kodak Black’s transfer to South Carolina, details of the alleged sexual assault surfaced via the release of an arrest warrant.

The warrant stated that the Florida rapper allegedly “forced the victim onto the bed in the room and then onto the floor of the room. The defendant removed the victim’s underwear and licked her vagina and then put his penis into the victim’s vagina.”
Kodak Black posted $100,000 bond and is currently back home in Florida.
Shortly after his release, the rapper revealed his plans to clear his name “in the very near future.”
