Bruno Mars Scores Highest Sales Week Yet

Bruno Mars sold 230,666 equivalent album units in his first week of 24K Magic to land at #2 on the chart. This is the pop star’s highest-selling week ever through his three-album career. 2012’s Unorthodox Jukebox debuted at the same spot with 192,000 units and it climbed to the top spot the next year.

A Tribe Called Quest Still Charting High

A Tribe Called Quest’s swan song, We got it from Here… Thank You 4 Your service, lands at #5 in its second week on the chart with 59,478 units of sales, a 56 percent drop from last week when it debuted at the top spot. This week, the project was streamed more than 15 million times.

Drake’s “VIEWS” Clings To Top 10

Drake’s VIEWS sees its lowest chart position yet as it lands at #10 with 34,362, an eight percent increase from last week when it was the #5 album in the country. VIEWS was streamed nearly 36 million times this sales cycle, but only picked up 6,806 album sales.
