The Soul Train Awards were back again last night (November 27) and Beyoncé showed she still runs this game, taking home four awards. At the event, hosted by Erykah Badu, Queen Bey won Song of the Year and Video of the Year with “Formation,” Album of the Year for LEMONADEand Best R&B/Soul Female Artist.
Beyoncé had the second-most nominations with eight. Drake was nominated for 12 awards, the most out of the field, but he took home zero awards.
Other winners included Chance The Rapper for Best New Artist and Fat Joe and Remy Ma’s “All The Way Up” scoring Best Collaboration and Rhythm & Bars Award.
The host performed with India Arie and D.R.A.M., who she has said she is working on an EP with.

Dru Hill opened the show with a slew of songs and then Sisqó remained on stage to perform his classic “Thong Song.”
Brandy received the Lady of Soul Award, presented to her by Jill Scott. She performed a medley of her hit songs.
The show ended after Teddy Riley was honored with the Legend Award and performed his hits alongside Doug E. Fresh, Bobby Brown, Tito Jackson, Wreckx-N-Effect and Guy.
