After being hospitalized for exhaustion, Kanye West is reportedly on the road to recovery as a source close to the rapper told ET that he is “doing much better.”
Yeezy’s wife, Kim Kardashian, remains at his side after he was taken to UCLA Medical Center Monday (November 21) when authorities were called after the megastar had a breakdown.
Kanye canceled the remaining stops of his Saint Pablo Tour this week after already cutting two shows short and making headlines for a series of rants about Donald Trump and Jay Z.
He reportedly will lose more than $10 million from the axed shows, but according to a new report from TMZ, West had an insurance policy that will potentially cover any lost revenue from shows he is unable to perform for medical reasons. The site says that the rapper will lose out on a much higher figure, $30 million, and he contractually owes money to the venues who were going to host the tour.

The insurance company can deny coverage if it is found West had a preexisting condition that he didn’t reveal at the time he purchased the policy or if the medical condition is a result of “unreasonable or capricious behavior.”
