Lil Wayne is not letting Birdman hold him back from creating the music he pleases as he was recently pictured in the studio with Scott Storch.

“Election is over and storch is at least here to make hits,” the legendary producer wrote for the caption of the Instagram pic where they both brandished a middle finger to the haters, and probably president-elect Donald Trump.

Wayne and Storch have collaborated in the past via “You Ain’t Know” off the Like Father, Like Son joint album with Birdman back in 2006. That same year, the Lousianimal rapper also appeared on Fat Joe’s hit “Make It Rain,” which Storch provided the beat for.

Weezy‘s plight to make tunes continues as he endures a fierce legal battle against the Cash Money mogul because he claims his former father figure is holding Tha Carter V from being released.

As for Storch, 42, he has recently reunited with Dr. Dre and has gotten right back in form after a brief hiatus from music where he filed for bankruptcy and dealt with drug addiction. He is responsible for some fire this summer, providing the beat behind The Game’s “All Eyez” with Jeremih and DJ Drama’s “Hood Rich,” which featured Fetty Wap.
