Ashanti is set to star in the big screen continuation of, Resident Evil: Extinction according to her web site. The singer/actress will co-star alongside Milla Jovovich, Oded Fehr, Sienna Guillory, Mike Epps and Iain Glen in the movie based on the hit video games. The third installment of the feature will be directed by Russell Mulcahy and produced by Constanti Film and Impact Pictures.
A New York Supreme Court judge denied Sean “Diddy” Combs’ request to appeal a court ordered decision to make larger child support payments. Combs was recently ordered to pay his 12-year-old son’s mother, Misa Hylton-Brim, $35,000 a month. The state’s highest court declined Tuesday to hear Sean “Diddy” Combs’ appeal of a lower court decision ordering him to pay $21,782 a month.
