According to TMZ, Braxton was listed in serious condition due to complications stemming from lupus. She was reportedly hospitalized for several days.
Last night (October 3), Braxton’s sister Tamar uploaded video of the singer in the hospital, where she was also visited by her teenage sons. In the caption to her video, Tamar revealed that Braxton is “home SAFE.”
“I absolutely HATE when she is sick.. But to God be the Glory!! T, You are home SAFE and We can make you smile even when you’re faking like you feel well enough to laugh at the joke #LUPUSSUCKS shout out to all Lupus superwomen and men who knows what that’s like,” Tamar Braxton wrote.

Updated reports revealed that Braxton was in a Los Angeles hospital, and eager to begin rehearsal for an upcoming tour. A rep confirmed to the Associated Press that the singer is back home now.
Braxton, who made her battle with lupus public in 2010, is currently scheduled to perform at the Paramount Theatre in Oakland, California on October 8. She’s also slated to perform in Missouri, Florida, and a handful of other locations this month.
It is currently unclear if any of Toni Braxton’s tour dates will be canceled or rescheduled.
