Fresh off the birth of his Todd Smith clothing line and releasing his latest album, Todd Smith, LL Cool J has plans to help fans get their bodies into shape. LL recently inked a book deal with Rodale Books to publish a fitness book entitled LL Cool J’s Platinum Body. The book was created with his personal trainer Dave “Scooter” Honig, the book will focus on his fitness and nutrition regimen. “This workout program changed my life — both physically and emotionally.
