Desiigner allegedly skipped out on appearance at the Atlanta Greek Picnic step show.

It appears that Brooklyn-born rapper Desiigner may never find himself in Atlanta to meet those “broads” of his.

Vibe.com recently shared a handful of tweets posted yesterday (June 16) from the account for the Atlanta Greek Picnic. According to tweets, Desiigner was to perform at a step show for the annual event, but was a no-show. To make matters worse, the tweets claim that the rapper had already received money for the performance.

“And a no show for #AGP2016 step show. He ran off with our money. Just wait on what’s next…2chainz performed at our step show… Rick Ross performed at our step show … Desiigner felt it was ok to just not show up after taking $,” a rep for the Atlanta Greek Picnic wrote in two separate tweets.

News of Desiigner skipping out on the Atlanta Greek Picnic comes days after he revealed to Billboard.com that he’s never actually been to Atlanta. The New York City musician infamously rapped about having “broads in Atlanta” on his “Panda” record.

“We never met in person,” Desiigner said in regards to the lyric. “She just said she was from ATL, so I was like, ‘All right, I got broads in Atlanta.’ It’s real life, you feel me? I put real-life shit in my songs.”
