Somewhere In The Atlantic – Cash Money stays movin’ as Birdman and Jacquees released the Lost at Sea mixtape yesterday (May 27).

The project is made up of seven tracks and includes features from DeJ Loaf and Derez De’shon.

Despite a reconciliation with Lil Wayne looking farther and farther away, Birdman is preparing the summer releases of his own Ms. Gladys project and Rich Gang’s The Lifestyle 2.

Birdman keeps his business moving. Just days after exploding on The Breakfast Club, the Cash Money CEO announces the Lost At Sea mixtape with Jacquees. The project is slated for a May 7 release, according to an Instagram post made by Birdman.

Jacquees spoke with HipHopDX about his relationship with the mogul and why he is appreciative of him taking him.

“That’s my dog. He took me in so we family. He took me under his wing so that’s just what it is,” he says. “Cash Money forever. My first album will be up under Cash Money Records and my last album will be up under Cash Money Records.”

In other business moves, the man also known as Baby is capitalizing on his appearance on the radio show by selling a line of merchandise that has some of the sayings he told Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee and DJ Envy including “Put some respek on my name” and “Finish or you done.”

Birdman is also preparing the summer releases of his own Ms. Gladys project and Rich Gang’s The Lifestyle 2.
