The Future and Desiigner comparisons continue as Jermaine Dupri joins the conversation. The music mogul took to Twitter to claim that “Fuck Up Some Commas” and “Panda” have the same beat.

“This Panda beat is the exact same beat as Commas, wow!” he says.

He then lays the beats over each other and records them playing.

“By the way I don’t care either,” he writes for the caption of the video post. “I was just fucking around on the tables and herd it,don’t [pistol emoji] me ”

“Fuck Up Some Commas,” which was produced by Southside and DJ Spinz, first appeared on Future’s 2014 mixtape Monster and then was on the Atlanta rapper’s Dirty Sprite 2album.

Desiigner’s “Panda” is a single and was produced by Menace, a 22-year-old producer from the United Kingdom.

Besides their similarities in style, the Brooklyn, New York rapper has egged on comparisons to Future by naming another song “Pluto,” the name of Future’s 2012 album. He also announced his mixtape with a Prince-inspired meme. Future’s last mixtape was Purple Reign and also utilized Prince in its promotion.

Desiigner told HipHopDX at SXSW that he is not trying to emulate Future.

“People gonna try to compare me,” he said. “It is what it is…I know I am Desiigner. I’m just letting people know…Ain’t no muthafuckin’ disrespect to him. May that man be God-blessed, man, keep doing his thing hitting the muthafuckin’ charts. Keep doing his thing, but I’m Desiigner.”

At a recent concert, Future put Desiigner in the same category as his ex-fiancee, who he has publicly feuded with.

“Y’all must be Ciara or Desiigner fans or something,” he told the unresponsive crowd.
