Lil Wayne Reveals How Much Jay Z Offered Him To Sign With Roc-A-Fella Records
Lil Wayne revealed an interesting nugget about how much Jay Z offered him to sign with Roc-A-Fella Records during a recent interview with DJ Drama’s “Streetz Is Watchin Radio.”
“That man offered me 175 [thousand dollars],” Lil Wayne said after providing a detailed account of the day he met with Jay Z at the 40/40 Club to discuss the deal. “I said, ‘Believe that…’ I was looking like, two teeth in my mouth is 175, like two of them. My bottom teeth. So we laugh about that all the time. We joke about it all the time.”

President Obama Invites Nicki Minaj, DJ Khaled & Rick Ross To The White House
A string of Hip Hop notables, including Nicki Minaj, J. Cole, DJ Khaled, Alicia Keys, Rick Ross and Pusha T, were invited to The White House last Friday (April 15) to meet with President Obama to discuss the current administration’s “My Brother’s Keeper” initiative and criminal justice reform in the United States.
Although the meeting wasn’t publicly announced, it was later confirmed by the Associated Press.

A short while after the meeting, it was reported that while visiting The White House, Rick Ross’ ankle bracelet triggered the alarms by going off. The MMG frontman is currently wearing an ankle bracelet as part of his 2015 kidnapping and pistol-whipping case.

Stephen Curry Explains Drake “Summer Sixteen” Line
Although Drake’s “Summer Sixteen” caught attention for continuing his rift with Meek Mill, the single also saw the Toronto artist raps “Golden State running practice at my house.”

During a recent interview with Canadian sports analyst Cabral “Cabbie” Richard on SportsCentre, Steph Curry was asked to shed some light on the line.
“That got some real life aspect to it,” Steph Curry said. “Me and my brother-in-law, I was playing one-on-one with him at Drake’s house. They were watching. They didn’t really shoot that much that day, but my brother-in-law got all that work, so that was good.”
