This week on the R&B/Hip Hop single sales chart, Drake does a double swoop at the top after taking control of the #1 and #2 spots for his singles “Pop Style and “One Dance” respectively. Elsewhere, an increase in sales for Desiigner’s “Panda” means he retains his position at #3 and lastly, both Rihanna and G-Eazy slip to #4 and #5 respectively as a result of Drake’s chart dominance.
Drake Nabs Top Spot With “Pop Style”
Drake’s recently released single “Pop Style” takes the #1 spot this week, dethroning Rihanna’s “Work” which sat atop of the chart for the preceding eight weeks. In just 48 hours, “Pop Style,” which features both Jay Z and Kanye West, sold an impressive 127,921 units. The cut is reported to feature on Drake’s forthcoming album, Views From The 6.
Drake Takes #2 Spot With “One Dance”
In addition to seizing the top spot with the aforementioned “Pop Style,” Drake also takes control of #2 spot this week with “One Dance,” ousting G-Eazy who had held the position for the nine weeks prior for his single, “Me, Myself & I.” In just 48 hours, “One Dance” sold 103,763 units.

Desiigner’s “Panda” Stands Strong At #3
Desiigner’s widely covered single “Panda” remains at #3 this week following a 43% increase in sales. The cut, which was recently sampled on Kanye West’s The Life Of Pablo track “Pt. 2,” sold 70,477 units during the seven days leading to April 7, taking the song’s total sales since its official release to 216,927 copies.
