Lupe Fiasco promised fans three albums for this year. Halfway through April, they have yet to receive the first of the projects, DROGAS.

In a recent Instagram post, Fiasco released “Introduction,”  which he says is “The Story Of An Album” and explains the delay in DROGAS.

“Where do we begin?” the Chicago rapper says in the post. “Where do we begin to tell the story? It’s a deep story. It’s gonna take some time. We’ll get it right, though.”

Fiasco’s last release was Tetsuo & Youth last January. Since then, he has released a slew of singles including remixes of SZA’s “Babylon” and Desiigner’s “Panda.”
