The number of Hip Hop cameos on ABC’s “Fresh Off The Boat” is continuing to grow, with Busta Rhymes serving as the latest rapper to make an upcoming appearance on the show.
Busta, who previously shared a picture of himself on the set of the ABC show, will star as himself, according to Complex. In the photo, which was uploaded to Instagram, Busta can be seen wearing fake dreadlocks styled into an up-do.
The rapper added the following caption to his photo: “On the set of #FreshOfftheBoat @abcnetwork!! Takin’ it back 2 ’96 real quick!! We never stop working!! #THECONGLOMERATE #Staytuned…”
Shaquille O’Neal will also star as himself in the episode featuring Busta. Last year, Yonkers, New York lyricist DMX starred in an episode of “Fresh Off The Boat.”
“Fresh Off The Boat” is based on a memoir penned by restaurateur/chef Eddie Huang. Huang, who is set to star in Viceland’s “Huang’s World,” is known as one of “Fresh Off The Boat’s” harshest critics.
It is currently unclear when the episode of “Fresh Off The Boat” featuring Busta Rhymes and Shaquille O’Neal will air.
