The house that To Pimp a Butterfly built was so sturdy that even its early blueprints are obtaining residuals. Kendrick Lamar’s untitled unmastered has debuted at No. 1.

Kendrick Lamar recently surprised the world when released his untitled unmastered album on March 4 without warning save for the behest of LeBron James. With Nielsen Music calcuating 178,000 equivalent album units (142,000 of the sum pure album sales) in the week ending March 10, the Top Dawg Entertainment marquee star has earned his second consecutive album atop the Billboard 200 chart, Billboard reports.

The Grammy Award-magnet Butterfly was released on March 16, 2015, and hit No. 1 with 363,000 equivalent album units in its first week, of which 324,000 were in pure album sales.
