Mariah Carey seems to have moved on fairly quickly with a recent engagement to billionaire James Packer shortly after separating from husband Nick Cannon. While the divorce hasn’t been finalized between the two, that didn’t stop storied producer and Hitmen member Stevie J from having a few serious jokes at Cannon’s expense during a taping of Wild N’ Out almost resulting in an altercation.
According to TMZ, Stevie said he had sexual relations with Mariah not once, but twice as he and Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta co-star Joseline Hernandez were promoting their Stevie J & Joseline Go Hollywood show. In response, Cannon responded that Joseline was currently sleeping with Rick Ross and threatened to blackball Stevie who is currently working with longtime collaborator Puff Daddy.
The popular gossip site later reported that eyewitnesses watched the two nearly fight before producers stepped in and calmed both individuals down. Current events could possibly explain why a scheduled HipHopDX interview with both Stevie J and Joseline was cancelled abruptly Wednesday (February 10).
