Kanye West and Tyler, The Creator decided to troll Twitter today (February 3) by revealing what appeared to be a Rolling Stone cover of ‘Ye that was shot by Tyler himself.

“ROLLING STONE SHOT BY TYLER THE CREATOR,” Yeezy wrote on the tweet attached to the photograph taken by the Golf Wang creator with Rolling Stone’s logo printed at the top giving the illusion that it was a legit magazine cover.

The faux-cover features a smiling Kanye with his name penned in bold, capitalized, pink letters followed by the headline, “Does he like mustard?” underneath.

Rolling Stone replied to Kanye‘s tweet of the cover and denied that this was a real cover for the magazine.

“While we love Kanye, and have many mustard-related questions for him, this is not an actual cover of Rolling Stone,” a tweet from Rolling Stone‘s official Twitter account reads.

Even though the Rolling Stone cover turned out to be a fake, the Cherry Bomb rapper took glee in knowing that his work was so well-recieved by fans.

“DAMN FIRST TIME I SEEN PEOPLE STOKED ON ONE OF THEIR COVERS EVER,” Tyler writes in a tweet. “FUCK I WAS SO STOKED HAHAHA NO WORRIES ILL SHOOT A COVER ONE DAY.”

Tyler, The Creator has apparently been working on music with ‘Ye after a picture of him looking at the notepad in Kanye’s studio that lists songs from his forthcoming album WAVES alongside a collection of celebrity signatures was posted on Instagram.
