At the 2016 People’s Choice Awards yesterday (January 6), Nicki Minaj was honored with the Favorite Hip Hop Artist award, according to Billboard.
The Pinkprint rapper was up against Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean and Wiz Khalifa.
Drake was up for Favorite Album with If Youre Reading This Its Too Late. The award went to Title by Meghan Trainor.

The Favorite Song category featured Wiz Khalifa for “See You Again” and Kendrick Lamar for his appearance on Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood.” The winner was Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?”
The Weeknd was named Favorite R&B Artist, beating out Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, Ciara and Janet Jackson.
