Rick Ross filed new documents to respond to a lawsuit against him filed by his baby mama, Bossip reports.

In the papers, which were filed December 18, Rick Ross asserts that Tia Kemp has sought to turn their son against him and does not allow the rapper to see his child.

She “has prohibited the minor child from visiting with Respondent and engaged in acts of parental alienation as to impede on the minor child’s ability to fully experience a life or parenting time with the Respondent,” the documents say.

Ross continues by saying Kemp has not found herself employment to help support their son, who is now 10 years old. He also says that she has made false claims against him in an effort to get the additional money, including that he purchased a $6 million mansion in Georgia.

“Petitioner has made frivolous and baseless claims before this court in an effort to harass Respondent,” the documents say.

Kemp sued the Miami rapper earlier this year and demanded that child support be raised from $2,800 per month to $20,000 per month.

Ross is asking that the court dismiss Kemp’s request for increased child support and is seeking legal fees.
