Nicki Minaj did not post the $100,000 bail for her brother, Jelani Maraj, Bossip reports.

The publication cites court documents that say Minaj’s mother, Carol Maraj, put up her house and two $50,000 promissory notes to set her son free. On his bail paperwork, Jelani Maraj says he is employed by “Pink Personality Inc.” one of Minaj‘s enterprises.

The suspect appeared in court Wednesday (December 9) to answer to felony charges of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree and first degree rape. He allegedly has abused a 12-year-old since April. He faces up to 50 years in prison if found guilty.
