Jeezy has been referring to himself as a “pastor,” which corresponds to the title and content of his most recent album, Church In These Streets.

The Atlanta native recently visited a Philadelphia detention center, the Juvenile Justice Services Center, to speak with misguided youth during a pit stop on his tour and to let them know where he himself went wrong during the earlier years of his Rap career.

The detained kids ranged in age between 13-20 and still have a chance to make a positive first impression. Jeezy also offered the youth a bit of encouragement. He asked them to take responsibility for their actions and seek to make better decisions.
