Lyor Cohen, CEO of 300 Entertainment, participated in an Ask Me Anything session on Reddit yesterday (October 21).
Throughout the Q&A, Cohen answered a variety of questions on a string of topics including, among others, Young Thug.
One participant asked the music executive whether or not fans can expect to hear Thugger’s debut album, Hy!£UN35, in 2015. They also questioned Cohen on the reasoning behind Thug’s recently canceled tour, “Young Thug: The Hy!£UN35 Tour.”
“What makes Thug such an interesting artist is his lack of predictability and if I knew, I’d be happy to tell you,” Cohen replied.

Cohen also revealed that Travi$ Scott is the best act he’s seen perform live.
Elsewhere, the 300 Entertainment frontman spoke on the need for modern-day music labels to adapt to an ever-changing external environment.
“I think labels in general need to adapt,” he replies when asked about artists’ ability to release their own music through social media and channels of a similar ilk. “Not as a reaction to the DIY, but more because it’s critical to transition from old media to a progressive one.”
