A party organized to celebrate Snoop Dogg’s 44th birthday was canceled early after a fire broke out at the Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, California on Friday (October 16), according to TMZ.

Sources informed the publication that a decorative chandelier erupted into flames at around 11:30 pm local time. The fire reportedly started after Halloween decorations on the ceiling became overheated and although the damage has been described as “minimal,” the sprinkler system employed flooded the club’s floor.

The 600 or so individuals in attendance were evacuated and the party was subsequently canceled.

The party is reportedly set to be rescheduled.
