The Game is being sued by Universal Attractions for canceling a performance in Cambridge, Massachusetts, PageSix reports.

The Compton, California rapper was scheduled to do a concert at Middle East Restaurant and Nightclub last April, but kept rescheduling the show until finally canceling it in May of this year.

Court documents say The Game did not give a reason for the cancellation. He also has not returned the $10,000 deposit that was given to him when his representative agreed to the show.
