The ladies will certainly appreciate the eye-candy too, provided by it actor Terrance Howard on hand to present to honoree John Singleton for his revolutionary film, Boyz N The Hood.
With Nas making the introductions, DJ Kid Capri and DJ Jazzy Jeff bring more flavor when they perform a medley with honoree Grand Master Flash of his hits, “Frisco Disco,” “Dance to the Drummer’s Beat,” “Good Times,” and “7 Minutes of Funk.” Grand Master Flash and The Furious Five continue the hit brigade as Fat Joe joins them to perform “Freedom” and “Message.”
