In two months, Jay Z, Beyonce, and their daughter, Blue Ivy Carter will have to leave the home they’ve been renting in Los Angeles, California.

TMZ reports that the couple have lived in the home since February of this year, and have dished out $150,000 a month to rent the property.

But now that a buyer has purchased the home for $35.5 million, they’re forced to leave in a matter of weeks.

According to TMZ, Jay and Bey were interested in possibly purchasing the home for themselves, but did not want to outbid the buyer.

“Beyonce and Jay dropped $150k a month on the 16,000 square foot Holmby Hills estate … this after looking in vain for a place to buy in the L.A. area,” TMZ reports. “It appears they weren’t interested in outbidding the buyer, who agreed to pay $35.5 million for the pad.”

The couple is reportedly looking for other homes in the area, specifically Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, and Holmby Hills.

Just last year, the couple was outbid by a Swedish billionaire over a Beverly Hills mansion. The buyer, Markus “Notch” Persson, reportedly paid $70 million for the home.
