The Drake and Meek Mill beef hasn’t yielded any violence yet toward the artists involved and that’s a good thing, as past beef in the culture’s history has unjustly claimed lives.

Recently sitting down with HipHopWired, Gunplay recently talked about the Drake-Meek beef and says that he has no say in it, but is glad violence hasn’t come from it.

“As long as nobody say my name I’m alright,” he said when asked about the bout. “It’s good for Hip Hop and as long as nobody lose they life. There’s too many innocent lives lost. Too many talented lives lost. I like how they keeping it [on] record. Keep it on wax, radio, tours. Nobody kill each other, please.”

The Miami-based artist also was asked what would happen if someone dissed him on a record. His answer was a little ambiguous.
