Lil’ Kim recently filed a new lawsuit claiming that Mr. Papers, her former partner and father to her one-year-old daughter Royal Reign Jones Neil, was violent towards her during their relationship, according to BOSSIP.
The publication reports that Papers—whose real name is Jeremy Neil—has been trying to see his daughter ever since the couple broke up over cheating claims when she was two months old. Papers claims that Lil’ Kim has prevented him from seeing Royal Reign and has now asked the family courts to intervene.
BOSSIP reports that Papers filed for visitation last month, asking for one day a week to parent Royal Reign.
“He’s not trying to take custody, he’s not trying to take her,” Tasha Hilton, Papers’ publicist, exclusively told BOSSIP. “He is literally just trying to see her. He’s been trying to do it very quietly.”

Lil’ Kim reportedly never attended the July 9 hearing and instead filed her own lawsuit claiming that Papers was violent towards her. However, Papers insists that he was never physically threatening towards Kim during their relationship.
“She’s playing really dirty now with the domestic situation,” Hilton said. “There has never been any domestic violence.”
BOSSIP reports that this week, Lil’ Kim and Mr. Papers are set to appear in front of a North Jersey family court judge on the domestic violence allegations.
