Miami, Florida rapper Rick Ross will miss out on making over $100,000 this BET Awards weekend due to his recent arrest and incarceration.
TMZ reports that the Maybach Music Group founder would have made $80,000 for a party appearance and $50,000 for a club appearance this weekend. In addition to the money he would have made due to his appearances, Ross was also forced to forfeit $30,000 for a private jet and $60,000 for a mansion rental.
Ross and his bodyguard were arrested on June 24 on kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery charges.

The pair allegedly got into a fight with Jonathan Zamudio, a landscaper who was working on Ross’ Fayetteville, Georgia mansion. Zamudio was reportedly pistol whipped and held against his will inside Ross’ home.
Both men were denied bond and will therefore remain in jail until Wednesday, July 1, the day of their next court appearance.
The 2015 BET Awards are scheduled to take place on June 28.
