Ester Dean spoke on her money, man, come up, writing and production in her latest interview on New York’s Power 105.1 The Breakfast Club Monday (May 4).

In the interview, she said she’s worked on “Rude Boy,” “What’s My Name,” “S&M,” and “Where Have You Been” with Rihanna, “Fireworks” with Katy Perry, “Countdown” and “Start Over” with Beyoncé, and several records with Nicki Minaj.

“I ain’t never wrote a rap in life for Nicki Minaj,” Dean said. “She does write all her stuff.”

However, the Oklahoma singer said she’s written parts of “Superbass,” “Turn Me On,” “Pills N Potions,” “The Night Is Still Young” and “Hey Mama” for Nicki.

She also mentioned enjoying her recurring role in the Pitch Perfect films. “They typecast you right,” she said, regarding her “butch” character Cynthia Rose.

Ester Dean has been dating rapper-deejay Mad Skillz for two years now. She says she wrote her whole Miss Ester Dean album about him.

She also said she’s worth upwards of $24 million and has three homes.
