Young Thug says that his forthcoming album, Hy!£UN35has been pushed back from it’s original August 28 release date.

“It’s launching on I think September 24,” Young Thug says to Fuse at Lollapalooza, “but I don’t know. I might take it back because I got a couple new songs that I may wanna play for the label. All the songs are perfection.”

He also talks about his working relationship with fellow Atlanta rapper B.o.B. and the making of the “Halftime” video.

Young Thug is slated to release his debut album, Hy!£UN35, August 28, according to a press release from 300 Entertainment, the label to which he is signed.

“300 is proud to present Young Thug,” 300 Entertainment’s Lyor Cohen says in a press release. “We believe he is a unique artist who will have a special place in the future of Hip Hop.”

Last week, Young Thug released his Barter 6 mixtape.

The collection was originally titled Tha Carter 6, but the Atlanta rapper said he changed the title due to threats of a lawsuit for copyright infringement. He didn’t mention who threatened to sue, but Lil Wayne has been upset that Thugga has chosen to continue Tha Carter series he launched in 2004.
