Just a month after Cle “Bone” Sloan confessed to physically assaulting Suge Knight prior to being allegedly run over by the former Death Row Records CEO’s truck in late January, new audio has been released where Sloan can be heard admitting that he was angered and that he made a mistake.

“I was in a rage,” Sloan said to Los Angeles Police Department officers, according to TMZ. “I fucked up. I get that ’cause a guy is dead behind this shit.”

Suge Knight’s attorneys are reportedly going to use the audio to mount an argument in Knight’s defense.

This news comes just days after Sloan testified in court on (April 13) saying that he would not help prosecutors put the former Death Row Records CEO in prison by snitching.

On Thursday (April 16), it was reported that Suge Knight will stand trial for murder. It was also revealed that his bail has been reduced from $25 million to $10 million.

On January 30, Knight was arrested on murder charges regarding his alleged involvement in a deadly hit-and-run outside of Tam’s Burgers near the 1200 block of West Rosecrans Avenue in Los Angeles that left one man dead and two others injured.
