The truce disintegrated faster than Michael Jackson’s weight and everyone wants to know why. Just a few months ago, 50 Cent and Game ended a heated beef that seemed destined for trouble. But now, just as soon as it ended, Game has ignited the beef once again. From verbal jabs at Summer Jam, to the “G-Unot” shirts, all the way down to the rats dressed in G-Unit garb following the crew around town, people have been wondering “Why?” Well Game has all the answers…
In an interview with MTV, Game addresses it all. From not wanting to go out like Ja-Rule and Murder Inc (“All Murder Inc. did was sit back and let [50 dismantle them]. Me, I can’t do it.“) to owning up to the recent rash of people dressed as rats following G-Unit members around town and denouncing their power (“I’m gonna take the blame for that. It’s just basically saying 50 is a rat. I can say it because I have information based on my theory and that’s him dry snitching on me all the time.“), Game held nothing back.
He recently dropped “300 Bars and Runnin” which is a 15-minute freestyle over several rappers beats dissing 50 and others. He lashes out at Tony Yayo (says he’s “boring”) and Young Buck (jokes about the Vibe awards incident), questions Olivia’s sexuality, tosses some jabs at old beef buddies Memphis Bleek and Young Gunz and saves the best for 50…
“They kicked me out of G-Unit/ I rebounded like Rodman,” and “50 whispered in my ear like we still bonding/ I’m just acting like Charles Bronson.“
Game obviously felt that the truce was more publicity stunt than sincere. And with all this ammunition that Game seems to have, it doesn’t seem like another truce is anywhere near happening.
