St. Louis’ Nelly was arrested for felony drug possession, simple possession of marijuana, and simple possession of drug paraphernalia in Tennessee on Saturday (April 11).

According to a media release from the Tennessee Department Of Safety And Homeland Security, Nelly’s tour bus was pulled over by Trooper Michael Loftis and Tennessee Highway Patrol Sgt. Donald Jennings for failing to display a U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and International Fuel Tax Association (IFTA) sticker.

State troopers reportedly smelled marijuana after boarding the vehicle. A search conducted by the troopers revealed five rocks which “tested positive for methamphetamine” along with several guns, small amounts of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Nelly, who’s real name is Cornell Haynes, was released from Tennessee’s Putnam County jail on $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 19.
