Destiny’s Child, one of the bestselling female pop vocal groups of all time, has announced the North America leg of the trio’s “Destiny Fulfilled … And Lovin’ It” World Tour, presented by McDonald’s. The tour, which began April 9 in Hiroshima, Japan, opens stateside on July 9 at the Savvis Center in St. Louis, Missouri, and winds up September 10 at GM Place in Vancouver (see itinerary following).
The “Destiny Fulfilled … And Lovin’ It” concerts mark Destiny Child‘s first full-length tour of North America in four years. Support acts on the “Destiny Fulfilled … And Lovin’ It” tour will include, on select dates, Destiny’s Child‘s Sony Urban/Columbia Records labelmate Amerie, the platinum recording artist Mario, and emerging urban artist Tyra.
“Destiny’s Fulfilled … And Lovin’ It” is a state-of-the-art modern concert experience featuring spectacular sets, exquisite lighting, pristine sound, and dramatic new staging. With costumes designed by Tina Knowles for House of Dereon, the woman in Destiny’s Child have never looked … or sounded … better.
