We thought he “retired” but I guess we were wrong. The emcee whose bark has made a name for himself because of his constant brushes with the law as of late has found his way back into the studio to put the finishing touches on his new album on Ruff Ryders/Def Jam titled Here We Go Again.
The new studio album will find DMX linking up with the likes of Scott Storch and long time collaborators Swizz Beats and P.K. for another romp that follows up the somewhat disappointing Grand Champ album.
The lead single “Give Em What They Want” is currently building steam while a video was shot last week in Miami. While the track listing has yet to be released, one has to hope that DMX makes a successful return to hip-hop.
Look for Here We Go Again June 28th.
