The people have been waiting patiently and their prayers are about to be answered. Busta Rhymes, who left J records last year for Dr. Dre’s Aftermath imprint, is hard at work finishing up his new label’s debut album titled The Big Bang.
According to MTV, Busta has been recording in Los Angeles with a bevy of producers including Timbaland, Cool & Dre, Scott Storch and (of course) Dr. Dre. As of right now there is no confirmed first single even though many thought that “Hurt Somethin”, which was debuted awhile back and leaked since, would be the lead off song.
In the meanwhile, Busta has been added to some of the summer dates for the Anger Management Tour and his linked up with Paul Hunter and Stevie Wonder to lend his voice as a narrative for the song “So What the Fuss.” The audio track serves as narration for the blind.
Look for The Big Bang July 19th.
