The song “Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz” made big waves in 2014. Unfortunately for RiFF RAFF though, those “Jawwdinz” won’t bare his namesake.
A couple of days ago, the Houston native posted a picture on Instagram of a prototype Jordan Brand sneaker baring his name and trademark neon colors. He relayed in the post’s caption that the shoe would be released this summer for $750 along with an autographed copy of his forthcoming album.
Now, the jig is up.
According to HipHopWired, Jordan Brand currently has no plans on doing a collaboration with RiFF RAFF, as the rumored joint venture was news to them.
“At this time there are currently no plans for this shoe or a collaboration with this individual,” a company representative said in a statement. The shoe in question would likely have been an Air Jordan 5. The Neon Icon also claimed his sneaker would’ve been released via Champs Sports, Foot Locker, Foot Action and Flight Club.

He was caught lying his ass off
I think everyone knew he was joking. He posts big dreams all the time.
the fact that he trolled jordan brand into responding is still a win for this guy,
Nicca PLEAZE! 75 cents would be TOO MUCH for a ‘RiffRaff shoe’……. what’s this LAME smokin’?@#! must be a HELLUVA mindf*ck! he’s gonna last about 2 bodyslams in WWE with 60 year old ‘wrestler’ Bulk Hogan & be cryin’ for his ‘rap career’ back…………….
I hope he goes bald at a young age. He would totally deserve that.
This is literally the biggest poser/troll hip hop has every seen!!! The real malice’s most wanted!! LOL
Malice’s wtf you mean Malibu’s Most Wanted?
Nah, Lil B’s still the biggest troll in hip hop, but Riff Raff’s catching up quickly.
1 way street drivin backwards/ im done shot some jumpers call me steve kerr!! RIFF DA TRUTH!!
Horst can’t jump
Who cares either way. The jumpman logo will always be dope but I can’t stand Jordan brand anymore. It’s too common and trendy now. I remember back in the days when Jordan gear was pretty expensive and wasn’t that easy to find, but now you can go to Ross or Winners or online and buy Jordan shit for cheap. I see old white guys to little asian girls rocking Jordan gear. It’s corny now. Wu-Tang Clan shirts/hoodies have also become corny. Wannabes think their “cool” wearing the shit but were still sucking on nipple when Wu dropped “36 Chambers” album.
So people representing real hip-hop is now a bad thing? Wu is for the children. It’s called appreciating greatness. Sure if you don’t listen to Wu-Tang it would be lame to wear Wu clothing – but if you support the culture, I really can’t see the problem..
jordan brand is the new sean john
I agree with Wu4Eva. I don’t see a problem in the young generation wearing Wu clothing if they actually like or listen to the group. If you’re upset about that, then you should also go tell all the young rock fans that wear AC/DC or Pink Floyd shirts to not wear them since they weren’t even born when they were at their peak.
i use to buy that bootleg jordan in china town like 20 years ago whatchu niccas know about china town
Anon, I get your point, but not only should you be listening to the music but if you a youngster reppin’, you need to be buying the albums in vinyl or CD (not MP3s). MP3s weren’t around when all those classic Wu albums dropped so fuck MP3s. Either way, too many wannabes tryin’ to rep tho. Too many clowns just simply following trends and shit and thinking it’s “cool.” Big 18th Street Gang, E’z up to the homies worldwide.
Epic Fail.
I Still Love That Bird On A Wire Song Wit Riff N Action Bronson Tho.
that song is dope, only riff raff song i really fuck with.
