Bad Boy has a new home. Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, founder and CEO of Bad Boy Entertainment has entered into a 50/50 joint venture with Warner Music Group. Diddy will still be CEO but will now be able to utilize the marketing, promotional and physical and electronic distribution resources of WMG and its Atlantic Records.
The roster of B5, Boyz N Da Hood, Mase, Carl Thomas, 8 Ball & MJG, Mario Winans and P. Diddy himself stays intact as well as the Manhattan office that Bad Boy is ran out of.

This venture also joins Diddy with another mogul in the music biz, Lyor Cohen.
