In a recently released interview with ForbezDVD, producer and Chicago native Young Chop spoke on the recent news that Chief Keef has been dropped from Interscope Records.

During the conversation, Young Chop questioned the decision of the label to drop Chief Keef after he had sold 200,000 units of his debut album, Finally Rich

“What’s so funny about it [is that] his album sold what the fuck its requirements were supposed to be,” Young Chop says. “So how did they drop him? He sold 200,000. He recouped. I don’t know what the fuck [is] going on over there. His singles did good. Every single he put out did good and topped charts.”
