It appears that Virginia crooner Chris Brown can now put two separate lawsuits behind him.

HotNewHipHop.com reports that Breezy settled the lawsuit stemming from a fight in Washington D.C. last year and also settled another lawsuit, which involved singer Frank Ocean’s cousin, Sha’Keir Duarte.

In regards to the civil lawsuit, which resulted from Brown engaging in a fight with two men as he was taking a picture with fans, the singer will dish out $100,000.

Brown’s lawyer recently worked out a plea deal in that assault case and as a result he will not face jail time.

In the second lawsuit, Sha’Keir Duarte sued Brown for $3 million due to a past brawl outside of a West Hollywood recording studio, but settled for $20,000.

TMZ previously reported that Duarte sued the songster for the following damages: $1,000,000 for pain, suffering and inconvenience, $1,000,000 for emotional distress, $1,000,000 for punitive damages, and $60,000 for medical expenses.
