Following an attack on an associate of Birdman’s last month at the Cash Money Records co-founder’s condo, singer Keyshia Cole will not be prosecuted.
TMZ reports that the Oakland, California-born songstress will instead appear at an informal office hearing. At the hearing, both Cole and Sabrina Mercadel, the victim in the matter will share their side of the story to a representative from the City Attorney’s Office.
The hearing could possibly result in Cole being required to attend anger management courses.
Following the attack on Mercadel, which took place September 19, Cole has remained relatively silent.

Despite the singer’s silence, court documents filed by Mercadel detailed the specifics of the fight. According to the documents, Cole punched Mercadel in the face, slashed her with her fingernails, and threw objects at her.
The latest news following the brawl at Birdman’s Los Angeles condo comes weeks after Cole released her most recent album, Point Of No Return. The album sold 25,511 units in its first week.
