Another week of sparks flying happened as Tyga and other members of his record label went at each other. And speaking of YMCMB, Lil Wayne announced a new release date for his The Carter V album.

Tyga Says He Doesn’t Get Along With Drake Or Nicki Minaj

After Lil Twist took shots at his Young Money management recently, Tyga took the opportunity to voice his dismay with the label and took aim at Drake and Nicki Minaj.

“Nah. I tend to distance myself from them,” Tyga said when asked about Young Money’s role on his next album. “Yeah, I’m tryna’ go independent. I don’t really get along with Drake. I don’t really get along with Nicki.”

The Young Money rapper, who previously said his label was holding him “hostage,” also mentioned that they will not help in the creative process.

Lil Wayne Announces New Release Date For Tha Carter V

Lil Wayne recently revealed a new release date for his next studio album.

The official Twitter for his record label, YMCMB, tweeted earlier this week that Wayne’s forthcoming album, Tha Carter V eyes an October 28 drop date.

“Eight days. @LilTunechi#CV#CarterV#YoungMoney. The legend continues,” the October 20 tweet read.

Nicki Minaj Discusses Being Sexual With A Banana

Staying on the same YMCMB news wire, Nicki Minaj recently described being sexual with a banana.

In an interview with GQ the Queens native says the kitchen scene in her video for “Anaconda” has a lot of relevance in her life and that it’s important females have control over their sexuality.

“At first I’m being sexual with the banana, and then it’s like, ‘Ha-ha, no,’” she said. “Yeah, that was important for us to show in the kitchen scene, because it’s always about the female taking back the power, and if you want to be flirty and funny that’s fine… but always keeping the power and the control in everything.’”
