Months after former G-Unit affiliate Slowbucks posted a picture of himself with 50 Cent’s son, Marquise Jackson and Trav, an artist 50 was in a known feud with, Slow has posted yet another picture with Marquise on Instagram.
In the Instagram post, Slowbucks referred to Marquise as his “lil bro” and added a collage of two pictures, which both feature 50’s son.
He left the following caption under the picture:
“My lil bro @199viq came threw 2day & kicked it with me .. We stopped in the 50’s & checked my n%a @Meech_TheBoss out & cleared the racks out over @GetSetNYC then went threw Da 90’s 2 check @Bz718 & Da #GSC BOYZ #BQE sh!t F%k all that negative sh!t this is #Family sh!t #LikeDis”
After Slowbucks posted a picture of himself, Marquise, Trav, and several other SBOE members in April of this year, 50 Cent left the following message in the comments section of Slow’s Instagram post: “This picture was a bad idea.”
Weeks after Slow posted the picture, he was jumped and had his chain snatched while on stage during G-Unit’s Summer Jam performance.
Despite the timing of both incidents, Slowbucks revealed that he has “no beef with” 50 Cent, during an interview with The Breakfast Club in June. He also stated that he didn’t see his picture with Marquise as a precursor to what happened at Summer Jam.
“It’s no beef with 50,” he said. “I didn’t know it was an issue to the point that it would lead to what it led to. I mean, my middle finger’s up in a bunch of pictures. You know? The caption of the picture actually let it be known. It said that ‘F what you may think or what you may see we all one family. #Family’ So, at the end of the day I don’t know how that—I don’t believe it’s a picture that actually caused everything that happened…It’s never that serious to where you use somebody’s child. Especially when I know Marquise.”
Most recently, Marquise showed his support for Slowbucks and the #SBOE mixtape in an Instagram post made earlier this month. The Instagram post, which has since been removed, was accompanied by the following caption: “That #SBOE Dropped Today.”
