Puff Daddy’s son Justin Combs recently made a video of himself doing “The Shmoney Dance,” a dance popularized this year by Bobby Shmurda. In his video, Justin Combs says his father is the creator of the dance, which allows him to have “the best” rendition of it.
“I got the best ‘Shmoney Dance’ in the world,” Justin Combs says in a WorldStarHipHop video. “I got the same genes as the dude who created the dance. So, I’ma show you why mines is the best.”
Justin Combs then goes on to perform variations of The Shmoney Dance, including “The Old Man” and “Jump Rope.”
The video also features a clip of Puff Daddy doing a dance in the music video for “Flava In Ya Ear,” a song released by Craig Mack off the rapper’s Project: Funk Da World album in 1994, which was released on Puff Daddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment.

The Shmoney Dance first appeared in the music video for Bobby Shmurda’s “Hot Nigga.” The clip, which features Shmurda tossing his cap before performing the dance, became a viral hit and it has been at the center of several videos by other celebrities copying the moves in their own social media clips. Rihanna, Chris Brown and Justin Bieber are among the several stars who have done their own renditions of “The Shmoney Dance.”
