Scarface On Ray Rice: “They Double Jeopardizing Cuz”

Many people, including rappers, have weighed in on the Ray Rice controversy surrounding the NFL player’s domestic abuse incident that was caught on video. The NFL suspended Rice for two games, but when a full video of the incident was released, the Baltimore Ravens terminated the player’s contract and the league suspended him indefinitely. Scarface is one of the latest rappers to voice his opinion on the matter.

“That ain’t my motherfuckin’ business,” Scarface says in an interview with XXL. “I think they double jeopardizing cuz, though. You know what I am saying? When [Ray is] in trouble, he shouldn’t have put his hands on that girl, right? I’m in agreement with that. You are never, never supposed to hit a woman. I don’t give a fuck if she fuckin’ shoots your dog. Don’t ever put your hands on a woman. Just walk away. Here’s my take: I just snatched your dick back. She start getting out of pocket, she can’t get the dick no more. She’s out of there. And when she’s having withdrawals, then we can talk about it. At the end of the day, you never put your hands on a woman under any circumstances.”

During the interview, ‘Face elaborated on the “double jeopardy” statement.

“It’s fucked up that he hit her, [but] he’s already been punished for it,” he says. “You can’t get a suspension and everything is cool, and then you go back and you get life in prison. That’s not how you do that. You cannot punish him again for the same crime.”

Scarface also added the following regarding Janay Rice, Ray’s wife.

“He hit the girl, it’s not like they not together,” he says. “She still married him. So apparently, judging from her still marrying him, that’s not the first time he put his hands on her.”

Janay recently posted a message on Instagram about coverage surrounding her and her husband. Her post is as follows:

“I woke up this morning feeling like I had a horrible nightmare, feeling like I’m mourning the death of my closest friend. But to have to accept the fact that it’s reality is a nightmare in itself. No one knows the pain that hte media & unwanted options from the public has caused my family. To make us relive a moment in our lives that we regret every day is a horrible thing. To take something away from the man I love that he has worked his ass of for all his life just to gain ratings is horrific. THIS IS OUR LIFE! What don’t you all get. If your intentions were to hurt us, embarrass us, make us feel alone, take all happiness away, you’ve succeeded on so many levels. Just know we will continue to grow & show the world what real love is! Ravensnation we love you!”

    2. “Its fucked up that he hit her, [but] hes already been punished for it,” he says. “You cant get a suspension and everything is cool, and then you go back and you get life in prison. Thats not how you do that. You cannot punish him again for the same crime.”

      ^ TRUTH

SLAP YOURSELF IF YOU THINK THIS IS ABOUT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

IT’S ABOUT THE NFL AND THEIR POLICIES & RAY IS THE SCAPEGOAT TO COVER THEIR FCUKERY

      1. ^ It’s not about the NFL and their policies. NFL and their policies were fine with
the 2 game suspension. Public outcry demanded they toss Ray out or it would have
hurt their ticket sales. Also, Ray’s not a scapegoat for anything. You play in the NFL,
you’re in the public eye, don’t do something fucking stupid. No one to blame but yourself.

      2. The scapegoat? Did he not punch her in the fucking face, knocking her out cold, then dragged her out of an elevator, kicking her to see if she would come to?

He’s not a scapegoat. He’s a fucking criminal and is lucky the worst he got was losing his job.

    3. “never, never supposed to hit a women.” Hey Andres Retardio I know you’re just being the same ol’ Andres Retardio but here’s a little fyi for you. It’s a “woman” not a women you fucking dumbass SMH

    4. i just wanted to say this disappoints never say never scareface. lets just break this down rite quik. like if a girl assaults your mother what you gunna do scareface pull her off of your mom while your moms bleeding and crying your not gunna put hands on that bitch? then you scareface are a pussy. like them 2 dyke bitches in mcdonalds that got fcked up. ya try and hop me you dumb bitch ima drop you. like 4real thers a time and a place to hit women there just is. know id scareface is sayin never hit a woman but its ight to hit a bitch thats one thing. like if you come home to a bitch breaking into your crib smack the shit outta bitch. this whole gender equality is some fuckshit same stupid bitches that want treated equal dont want treated equal.

    5. Fuck that if a bitch shoots MY dog I’ll smack the shit out of her, can’t give chicks a pass on everything like gtfo, if she’s retarded enough to do such stupid shit as shooting your dog, or attacking your face or some shit, then she deserves a smack, what do you think they would do 200 years ago. Probably hang her, shoot, beat her, maybe even feed her to the dogs alive. Chances are she turned down 4 nice guys in her life, and chose the rich good looking guy, fine but when he smacks you don’t be surprised dumbass

    6. Double jeopardy only applies in a court of law… ray isnt going to jail, but he did lose his job which has every right to do so

    7. People gettin into your private life, lmao. Its like livin in a tribe! All those weak fucks busy judgin and noone there to tell them they really aint shit
Domestic violence a big issue so focusing on one episode wont help solvin the whole problem, but ofc someone gets points for this, someone gets relevance and some just feel good from being a part of the crowd so FUCK ALL OF THEM. Mind your business.

      1. “Domestic violence a big issue so focusing on one episode wont help solvin the whole problem”

Well, when you take into consideration that the ‘one episode’ is that of a public figure, caught on tape to see how violent the ‘one episode’ was, it can bring attention to ‘big issue’.

      2. R.Pgh, yeah and then who is winning in THIS situation? The league, ravens or his wife? Not one of them.
The media could find some other way to show support for the victims without ruinin Rices life.

    8. Face shut up! Guy is so freaking confusing when talking about subject matter. Stick to rapping and bring the hard banging album. Your are that dude! One of the greatest of all time…

    9. If a woman slapped me twice then came at me like that, I would hit her too. Letting women get away with shit is why the legal system allows them to fuck you over with alimony and custody, etc…

Women are allowed to be in front-line combat in military, firefighters, etc.. They want ‘equality’ when it is convenient for them. If a bitch hits you hit her back. That’s why Rhianna respects chris brown, he doesn’t take shit from her.

      1. Rihanna is your best example? lol She’s just as fucked up as he is. That’s why she loves it when Chris drop kicks her ass.
