It seems as if Death Row Records co-founder Marion “Suge” Knight can’t stay out of trouble. Suge was arrested once again Saturday night in Barstow, California after police found marijuana in his truck during a traffic stop.

Knight was charged with violating parole and is being held by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department pending his transfer to state prison this week. Knight was initially pulled over after making an unsafe U-turn but what began as a routine traffic stop turned worse after authorities searched his vehicle.

He was cited for not having insurance and the passenger, 18 year old Alexis Wilkenson, was arrested for providing a fake ID and later released. Suge served five years previously for participating in the assault of a man hours before the shooting of Tupac. He also served 10 months for violating his parole after striking a nightclub valet.
