Brooklyn rapper Bobby Shmurda is eyeing the likes of Jay Z, Raekwon, and Meek Mill when it concerns future collaborations. Shmurda made the reveal during an interview with radio host Jenny Boom Boom after the topic of Raekwon bringing him out at a recent show was brought up.

He said that he would love to work with the Wu-Tang Clan lyricist and later revealed that a collab with Jay Z would give his music career the stamp of approval.

“I would love to work with Raekwon,” Bobby Shmurda said in a video posted on Vlad TV. “Love to work with Meek. Free Meek…I need to do a song with Jay Z, man. That’s what I need to do. I need to do a song with Jay Z. Then I think I’m stamped. Signed, sealed, official.”

In regards to his current focus, Shmurda says he’s focused on visiting every city that has him booked for a show, so he can thank fans for their support.

“Trying to get to every town,” he said. “The towns and bookings is crazy. I’m just trying to make sure I get to every town. They want me everywhere. I’m just trying to make sure I get everywhere. Get to show my fans love…Make sure they know that I appreciate everything they doing and I love it. I love the support. And they make my day every time they comment and they pushing likes on the Insta. And they go play them songs on YouTube.”

Following the release of the music video for his record “Hot Ni**a,” Shmurda has received millions of views on YouTube and recently signed to Epic Records. Sha Money XL confirmed the rapper’s deal with Epic in an Instagram post made last month.

“Deal is done @bobby_shmurda #EPIC no one does the underdogs better then me. Brooklyn this 1 is for you,” Sha said in his Instagram post.
