Dr. Dre’s Beats Electronics is suing a group of websites based in China, alleging that the sites are making billions of dollars in profit by selling counterfeit Beats Electronics headphones, according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

The story says that the fake headphones sport the “b” logo featured on Beats’ headphones and have generated $135 billion in revenue.

The lawsuit seeks to halt the sales of the knock-off headphones and to seize ownership of the fraudulent domain names that sell the bogus headphones.
